There are lots of makeup trends coming up this spring and one of the biggest and hottest is rocking a bright, vibrant orange lip. It’s quite a pretty look for spring but we all know not everyone wants to wear orange (or any other very bright color, for that matter) on their lips every single day for all of spring. There will be days when you just want to wear a look that’s simple and natural or something soft and tame. Good thing there’s one other hot makeup trend for spring that you can totally wear during those days: a nude lip. Check out these sexy ways to rock a nude lip.

• Everyday ordinary – if you’re the kind of girl who just doesn’t like wearing lots of color on her lips for everyday makeup looks, you can always rely on nude lipstick to give you that polished look without looking too bold and colorful. Nude lips are great as an easy, everyday go to lip color. Wear your nude lips with minimal, natural-looking makeup and you have a simple but beautiful daily makeup look you can rely on anytime.

• With a tinge of color – nude lipsticks are not only beige ones. If you find that beige based nude lipstick washes you out (especially if you have really fair skin) then try wearing your nude lipstick with a tinge of color in it. Again, nude lips don’t always have to be beige but rather a color that is very close to the natural color of your lips. There’s pink nudes, coral nudes and brown nudes to choose from if you need a  little bit of color on your lips but still don’t want to go too bold with them.

• Nude lips and sexy strong eyes – since nude lips are very simple, you might want to turn the sexy volume up a bit and pair it with something a little bolder like well defined kohl-rimmed eyes or a really sultry smoky eye or even just a dramatic eyeliner style. This is an easy look that you can wear during the day and up until night time as well. Don’t be shy, line those lash lines and water lines like there’s no tomorrow and look like an instant diva right away!

• Glossy pout – if you think that nude is the most boring lip color out there, you’re wrong! Try wearing your favorite nude lip and topping it off with lip gloss then pucker up a little and see how sexy this lip color can get! Not convinced? • With a tan – another hot and sexy way to rock the nude lip is to wear it with a tan. Nude lips, tan skin and a nice bikini – that’s about everything you need for a trip to the beach, right there. Not feeling like bathing under the sun or applying self-tanners today? Bronzer should do the trick for you! Just dust a little bit more on than you usually would (be careful not to look like an oompa loompa, now) and swipe on your best nude lip color and you’re all set.
