Step 1: Set the oven to 160 degree Celsius. Grease and line the cake pan with baking paper.
Step 2: Put cocoa, sugar, butter, eggs and flour together. Mix well and press it firmly into the baking pan and get ready to bake it for 15 minutes. Cool it completely.
Step 3: For the mint topping, put sugar, ½ cup of water and mint in a sauce pan over a low heat. Add the sugar and stir it until it dissolves. Increase the heat to bring the mixture to simmer for three short minutes. Set aside then completely cool. Twist the sugar syrup, discarding the solids.
