Preheat the oven to over 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease at least a 10-inch round pan and line it with parchment paper.
Put the chocolate squares in a large bowl; then, add a melted butter. Boil water and 1 ½ cups of sugar in a sauce pan. Pour over the chocolate and stir until it smooths.
Whip eggs in a separate bowl with ¼ cup sugar until it becomes thick. Fold the chocolate mixture. Place the pan on a cookie sheet in an oven and fill the sheet with water.
Bake at the aforementioned temperature for 50 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool for a couple of hours.
Lastly, remove the cooled cake from the pan through dipping the pan in hot water. Garnish it with cream and serve.
