Styling your hair can be one of the most time consuming tasks you need to do before you step out of the house for work or for school. It’s one of those things that you can’t just skip because if you do, you’re going to end up looking like a slob. What you can do though, if you’re pressed for time, is to go for quick and easy hairdos that will have you looking pretty and polished in no time. Of course, to take things up a notch, a quick addition of simple braids will always be useful. Here are some easy hairdos with braids you can use any time you’re in a rush

• Braid wrapped bun – this is a nice way to dress up a classic bun. to do this simply leave out a section of hair, about an inch thick, before putting your hair up in a bun. it would be best to take out a section from the bottom of your bun so that you can easily tuck and hide the ends later. Braid the section you left out and secure with an elastic then wrap it around the bun and secure with a bobby pin.

 

• Braided bun – now, this one is an even easier way to add a fun twist to any regular bun, whether it’s worn high, low, in the middle or at the sides. To create this look, all you have to do is gather your hair into a ponytail, braid it with whatever style of braid you’re most comfortable with and then twist and spiral it around to create a bun. Use bobby pins to secure your braided bun in place.

 

• Braided headband – this is a really cool way to get hair off your face keep the rest of your look very pretty. To create a braided headband, simply take a section of hair from behind the ears that are about 2 to 3 inches thick, depending on how thick you want your headband to be. Braid this section, making sure to tug and braid upwards, almost bringing the braid to the other side, as you go. secure your braid with an elastic band and smooth out the rest of your hair then finally bring the braided section over to the other side, tuck the ends behind your ear with a bobby pin and you’re good to go.

 

• Swift side braids – for a very playful but easy hairdo with braids, you can do swift side braids. Just take a section of hair from each side and braid then pull back and tuck with bobby pins. It’s super quick and easy, you’ll be ready to head out the door in no time at all.
